Appalachian Talent Spotlight (ATS) is a free spotlight/exposure service focused on providing high school athletes throughout Appalachia with a way to tell their story, both athletically and personally. The idea for ATS was originally conceived by our founder, Wright Hogsed, in 2022 after his own experiences of being recruited from a small Appalachian town and observing what other athletes went through as well. The idea was put into action in 2023 and has officially kicked off in 2025 with the goal to help as many athletes as possible tell their stories!
